They offered early check-in. Unbeatable, favourable setting near to a shopping mall with restaurants, Berjaya Times Square and shops.

Location of the hotel and overlooking the city I liked sweet and shopping only reasonable service either. Does not have a reception for services and applications. Internet is available either for the price Ghali by Buqueng where it's cheap by hotel

The staff were lovely and the location was fabulous.
We were expecting a limousine pick up, and we were only picked up by a van. For the price we paid for the said van (250.00) it was not worth the money and in hind sight a taxi would have been much better and much cheaper an option.

The location of the hotel and suites was excellent for our 1st trip to K L . Our family suite on the 33rd floor in the East Tower had excellent views of the city , Petronas Towers , K L Tower and surrounds. Looking out our windows both day and night was a delight. Vicky and her staff were very helpful at all times and must be commended for their excellent and prompt service for any of our needs. Our suite was like a home away from home , having 2 spacious bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 teenage children , 2 clean and large bathrooms, kitchen , lounge and dining room. I would highly recommend Times Square to anyone travelling with a family for any length of time, our 10 day stay was excellent and we will definitely stay again when we return to K L in the near future.
Very little , few problems with airconditioning for a few days , however , soon rectified by T Square and staff. Was not happy that accommodation had to be paid by cash and no facilities to cash travellers cheques.Would have rather paid by card ,

1) The Location, close to shopping area. 2) Spacious suites. 3) Wifi was available at rooms.
1) There is no reception office, I had to call them to meet me, took them more than an hour. 2) They did not provide soap or shampoo replacement.

The location is good, in walking distance to most major shopping malls and only a short taxi trip to KLCC. The family suite is great for our family with 2 single bed for our teenage daughters. The beds were very comfortable. The daily service was good. The swimming pool was so good but our daughters were feeling intimidated by the watchful eyes of all the guards. Our email requests were answered instantly. We appreciate the help with taxi booking for our departure. Thank you so much Vicky. Our duaghter really enjoyed their stay at your suite and loved shopping at Time Square next door.
How there was no service counter for the serviced suites. Check in was done privately in the room by prearranged time. We felt rather awkward although we read in the review prior to finallising our booking on Booked.net but when it come to do it it just didn't feel right as it was our first time. We usually check in at a service counter.

The hotels location is central to shopping, food and night life. The staff let us in early after an early arrival and looked after our bags until a late flight. Many thanks.
The broken/missing tiles around the bath could have easily been replaced. The main problem was the faulty a/c unit. Room was far too warm.

The service rendered to us by the staff was great. I had requested for a room with a view of the twin towers, but there was non available at that time for a Standard Suite (which I had book). But the staff were kind enough to upgrade us to the Premium Suite with no additional charges. :D The staff Siddique and Mohammad were very helpfull when we had problems booking our coach ticket back to Singapore. Also, one of the nights when we looking for food quite late at night (after 11pm), they gave us directions to the nearest 24hr restaurant. They even offered to call the PizzaHut delivery service for us, but we decided to go to the restaurant. Overall, we were very happy staying in this hotel, that we actually wanted to extend our stay, but due to other commitments, unable to do so. Will definitely go back..
The only problem I had was that they only gave us 1 set of keys, which we sometimes had difficulty to do our things separately. We had to go out and come back together because of that. But I just saw other reviews saying that we can request for additional set of keys. I will do that next time.
